B2B Email Marketing Manager – we are looking for you!

 

We are looking for a talented Email Marketer in Ljubljana office, ready to take the lead and prepare B2B email marketing strategies. You will be part of a vibrant Marketing Team that is spearheading innovation of the Eurosender brand.

If you are interested in web technologies and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. Your main duties include organizing and running cold email marketing campaigns in different markets/countries and managing the respective email databases.

Your responsibilities?
  • Identify new Markets to acquire new clients in these markets;
  • Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including cold email campaign set-up, scheduling and testing;
  • Troubleshoots technical issues related to email delivery issues and other aspects of email execution;
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and other experiences that succeed through email;
  • Develop and Optimize the internal KPI goals;
  • Analyze campaign performance to get smart insights;
  • Recommend new ideas and innovations to grow and improve the email channel;
  • Coordinate the email campaigns with Sales and Customer Service departments in order to not overwhelm their work;
  • Analyze the success of various marketing campaigns and channels to help increase overall productivity
Our requirements

For this role, we need a person that is able to listen and obviously sell the services that Eurosender offers. It is important to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships and being able to support the client in any problem.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline;
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the execution of B2B cold email marketing campaigns/email marketing platforms;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team;
  • A self-driven, goal-oriented attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools;
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, including the technical points of view of Email Delivery, Open Rates and Click Rates;
  • Knowledge about Email Marketing Platforms and other email marketing tools;
  • Great attitude and a willingness to learn

What will you do?
  • Serve as a liaison with the content writers and other team members: SEO specialists, the head of SEO and sometimes developers;
  • Work with the Customer support and Sales team to contribute to the company narrative;
  • Improve the content operational efficiency and consistency throughout the team;
  • Make a weekly schedule for the content team’s tasks, write task description and provide them support in order for the deadlines to be met;
  • Read and review the texts submitted by the content writers to ensure their effectiveness for search engines and the consistency with the information about the company;
  • Lay down areas of improvements and work with the writers to help their stories succeed;
  • Check and approve the newly created pages that have to be published on the website on a weekly basis;
  • Make plans for repurposing and re-writing old content & coordinate with the team of content writers for the changes that have to be applied;
  • Organize the various translations that are requested by different teams inside the company;
  • Occasionally write a different piece of texts about the company’s services;
  • Examine the competitor’s content strategy on the local market;
  • Develop insightful and in-depth knowledge about the content related to the logistics industry;
  • Drive new content ideas that have the potential to increase the traffic on the website and decide about their relevancy;
  • Contribute to the creation of manuals and onboarding materials, both on paper and video support;
What background would make your induction easier?
  • Impeccable grammar & spelling in English and flawless writing skills;
  • A good record of past work in the content field;
  • Ability to set the direction of creating engaging and concrete written and visual content;
  • A good understanding of SEO and the creation of effective content for search engines in different international languages;
  • Have experience with different CMS systems, SEO tools and preferably, Analytics instruments;
  • A good understanding of the best practices for formatting articles for the web and the process of content creation;
  • An eagle eye when it comes to spotting mistakes and strong attention to details;
  • Ability to work in a team with a diverse background and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • An assiduous self-learner, having a positive and pro-active attitude.
