What you can order with Eurosender?

Eurosender allows you to order shipping services for various items such as suitcases, packages, parcels, sports equipment, as well as freight transport, in just a few easy steps. To learn more about the process or to clarify any questions visit the Help page.

 

Is the quoted price final?

Upon selecting the 4 parameters – country of pickup, country of delivery, number of packages and weight of the item(s)– our system will generate a final price, which will not increase throughout the booking procedure unless additional insurance is purchased. The final price is shown instantly for packages up to 50 kg.

For shipments heavier than 50 kg and/or outside of the standard dimensions, the price on the selected route will appear as “on request”. Please fill out the e-form and send your request. We will shortly prepare an individual offer and send you the final price via e-mail.

 

How can I book multiple packages / pallets?

To send a higher number of packages or pallets in a single order, you will have to select the desired number of packages, suitcases and / or pallets in the ordering process.

Please note that all packages / pallets of the multiple order will be collected in the same address and will also be delivered to a single delivery address.

How can I pay?

In the 2nd step of the booking process, you can select one of the 3 different payment options available:

The first option is a secure credit card payment, where you will enter credit card details into the provided form and confirm your payment. All credit card payments are processed directly through our banking partner’s (AIB) secure system. We do not keep nor store any credit card information, as the entire processing is done directly and solely by our banking partner.

The second option is payment through the PayPal secure payment system. After reviewing your order details, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you will be asked to log in with your username and password (or alternatively create one) in order to proceed with the payment. You will then be redirected back to the Eurosender web page in order to complete your payment. Afterwards, you will be able to see your order and payment confirmation.


The third option is payment through bank transfer. After completing the order process, you will receive all necessary data to make a payment via direct bank transfer. We accept bank transfer from all banks.

All our sites are secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates.

The fourth payment option – paying with a credit system – is currently available for B2B users only. B2B customers can top-up their account with a minimum of 50 EUR and pay for their future orders with available credits. You will be able to pay by using this option only if you are logged in to your account.

That way, you don’t have to enter your bank or credit card details and the payment is faster. You can give the access to your business account to any other person working in your company. They will be able to place orders for shipping services without needing your company’s bank or credit card details.

 

Can I change my payment method after I placed the order?

If for some reason you wish to change your payment method after you have already placed an order, please send us an e-mail to help@eurosender.com and we will manually process your order and change your payment method.

 

Can I send a bike?

Yes. You can send a bike as long as it is properly packed (i.e. in a box, provided for airline transportation). Also, please make sure that your package will fit within the maximum package size dimensions, so that the courier company will be able to transport it properly. Are there size limits on the items I can send?

All packages should weigh up to 50 kg and be within the following dimension limits:

  • Maximum length of 175 cm
  • Girth: Length (in cm) + 2x width (in cm) + 2x height (in cm) < 300 cm (length plus two times widthplus two times height should be less than 300 cm or 3 m all together).

For items which exceed these dimensions, you can place an order for a freight transport.

How many days in advance do I need to place an order for the pick-up?

You should place the order for the pick-up at least 2 working days in advance.

When choosing a pick-up date, please note that in very unlikely events, the pick-up may not be completed on your chosen date due to external reasons. In this case, it will be performed on the next working day. Thus, we recommend that you do not select the pick-up date on the day before leaving for a certain destination.

 

What does it mean if my order is “pending”?

Order pending means that your credit card company has not yet approved your transaction, either due to incorrect credit card data entered or insufficient funds.

You can try to complete the payment process again, or contact us at help@eurosender.com, so that we can change your payment method to PayPal or bank transfer.

 

Can I track my shipment?

Of course! All shipments booked through Eurosender have tracking numbers which are made available to you via email. You can track your shipment by following the tracking link or on Eurosender’s webpage.

 

How can I use my coupon/promotional/discount code?

Coupons and discount codes can be entered in the second step of the order process. Once you click the “APPLY THE CODE” button, the validity of your coupon will be checked and the order total will be automatically reduced according to the value of your coupon.

 

Can I get a quote for shipping to a destination that is not included in your system?

Eurosender can offer you shipping services from / to almost all countries in the world. To get a quote, please send us the following pertinent information to sales@eurosender.com:

  • Pick up address
  • Delivery address
  • Weight
  • Size

 

What can I do if my package is larger / heavier than the maximum indicated by Eurosender?

If you would like to ship heavier or larger items, please enter the measurements in the Shipment Size Checker available on our website and then click on “Request individual offer”. Fill in all the information required in the e-form and send the request. We will shortly send you an offer for the transportation of your shipment.
