At Eurosender, there is a very relaxed working environment. A lot of work has to be done, but yet people seem very motivated. Everyone is encouraged to express their point of view, so decisions are not imposed, but taken as a team. It is very rewarding to go back home thinking of all the tasks that were fulfilled during the day, and that projects are moving forward thanks to one’s additions.
