What should you keep in mind when you have a parcel picked up abroad?
- Your selected pick-up address must be easily accessible so that the courier can park his vehicle a maximum of 15 meters from the pick-up location.
- Inform the person responsible for handing over the package about the pick-up times and other details
- Flexible booking is an ideal solution for cases where you don’t know until the last minute when or where you will have the parcel or package picked up.
- Please note that customs fees may apply for destinations outside the EU.
