Deliveries outside of the building.
Courier drivers will pick-up shipments from the outside of the building and not from closed spaces. Customers are kindly required to bring the shipment outside of their building.

Keep a safe distance from other people.

  • 2B deliveries: Company stamp is required. For collection at PUDO, the consignee has to show the QR code received and/or the ID card. Consignees should provide mobile phone number and/or address email for easier contact.
  • 2C deliveries: The driver will contact the consignee before the delivery and will ask him/her to prepare the pin delivery code received or the Identity document (ID card, driving license, passport…). If no pin code is received, the consignee will be requested to show an ID document and the driver will write on the POD the name and surname + date of birth. If there is an issue with the pin code or the ID document, the parcel will not be delivered and status will change to “Refusal, no reason”.

In the event of a damaged parcel and/or missed content, the consignees will not be able to put remarks on the POD. The consignee will be requested to contact the sender directly. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do logistics providers operate in all regions, including those affected by the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
At Eurosender, we work with many different international logistics providers. As of today, there are only a few operators that have temporarily suspended their services in the most affected areas by the COVID-19 outbreak.

Wherever we identify that one of our logistics partners faces a service disruption, we assign the delivery to a different logistics provider. In this way, our customers can still benefit from shipping services in all areas.

Is it safe to receive shipments during this period?
Sending and receiving parcels is still safe, however, we recommend our customers take a few simple precautionary measures such as:

  • Keep a physical distance when in contact with the courier driver;
  • Hand over or take over the shipment from the ground, outside of the building, and not directly from the courier driver’s hands;
  • If possible, sanitize the surface by spraying disinfectant solution over the parcel before touching and opening it;
  • Wash your hands thoroughly after unpacking your goods.
