Flexible Changes gives you more control over your shipment when plans change before collection. Add the option during checkout before payment, then contact us in writing if you need to reschedule the pickup, correct eligible booking details or request cancellation before the first pickup attempt.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the change or cancellation has been completed. Until you receive written confirmation, the original booking details remain valid.
Follow the four steps below to add and use Flexible Changes.

Get a shipping quote: Enter the pickup and delivery countries, select your service and add the shipment details.

Add Flexible Changes: Select Flexible Changes during checkout when it is available for your order. The cost will appear in the price summary before payment.

Send your request in writing: Contact Eurosender through a written channel before the first pickup attempt. Include your order number and the exact details you want to change.

Receive confirmation: Our team will review the request and confirm whether the change or cancellation has been completed. Continue using the original booking details until you receive confirmation.
