FAQ about shipping with UPS
When will the UPS courier collect my parcel?
The courier will collect your parcel on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm. Please note that collections will not take place if there is a public holiday in your chosen location.
Can I send a large parcel with UPS?
Yes, our platform allows you to send parcels weighing up to 70 kg. Depending on the specific route, your parcel may be transported by UPS or another suitable alternative.
Will my UPS shipment go through customs?
Parcels sent within the same free-trade agreement, such as the EU, are exempt from customs clearance.
For shipments that cross international borders, regular customs procedures must be followed, which includes preparing the required shipping documents.
Will the courier pack the items for me?
At this time, we do not provide packing services for shipments booked through our platform. You are responsible for packing your items for shipping via UPS or any other courier.
