Pricing information – Billing Information for Shopify Merchants
When you integrate Eurosender with your Shopify store, please note that all billing is handled externally through the Eurosender platform, not through Shopify.
How Billing Works
Eurosender does not charge merchants through Shopify. Instead, all shipping fulfillment costs are billed directly through your Eurosender Dashboard.
This means that any shipping labels you purchase or services you use will be charged outside of the Shopify billing system.
Credits
To simplify the shipping process, you can add credits to your Eurosender account. These credits are automatically used to pay for shipping labels and related services as you create orders.
Your current balance and full transaction history are always available in your Eurosender Dashboard.
If you no longer need the credits, you also have the option to withdraw the remaining amount at any time.
Deferred Payments
Some merchants may be eligible for deferred payments, allowing you to ship first and pay later. If this option is available for your account, the charges will accumulate over a defined period, and you’ll receive invoices according to the agreed schedule.
All payment details and invoices will be accessible in your Eurosender Dashboard.
