How much does it cost to ship a package?
The cost of shipping your package will be instantly calculated when you use our pricing engine, as it depends on the size of your item and the service you select.
How long does the delivery take?
Depending on which service you use, the parcel delivery can take between 1-5 business days.
Will the courier bring the shipping label?
When booking the Standard Service, the courier will bring the shipping label and attach it to the package upon collection. For other services, you may be required to print the label and attach it to the parcel yourself. This information will be displayed for you during the order process and via email after the order is placed.
Will I have to drop off the parcel somewhere?
No, our parcel shipping services are fully door-to-door. This means that once you schedule the delivery, you define an address and a date for the shipment to be picked up. The courier will come to this location, take the package, and transport it directly to the address you define as the delivery place.
