Avoid waiting all day for a courier. With Priority and Priority Express, you can select an available collection time window on most routes when booking your shipment.
Choose a pickup time that fits around your plans, whether you are working during the day, need more time to finish packing or want to coordinate the collection of several parcels.
This gives you greater control over the pickup and helps you:

Select a collection window that gives you enough time to prepare the shipment and make sure someone is available to hand it over. For urgent deliveries, choose an earlier or same-day pickup when available and have everything ready before the selected time window begins.

Select the available collection date and, when offered for your route, choose the pickup time window directly through the Eurosender booking tool. You do not need to contact the courier separately.
After confirming the order, our team will email you the assigned courier and collection details. Make sure the shipment is packed, labelled and ready before the selected window begins, as the courier may arrive at any point during that period.
