Pegasus baggage allowance
Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish low-cost airline offering flights at affordable prices to various destinations in Europe and Asia.
Here you will find everything you need to know about Pegasus baggage policy and additional charges for excess baggage.
Pegasus cabin baggage
Cabin baggage, often referred to as accompanied baggage, defines the piece of luggage that passengers can place in the compartment above their seats or under the seat in front of them.
With Pegasus, additional fees for oversized or overweight cabin baggage are applied. The rates are different for domestic flights and international flights.
Pegasus excess baggage
Excess baggage defines the additional pieces of luggage a passenger can purchase or an increased weight limit of already purchased luggage.
Additional Pegasus baggage allowance can be purchased online up to 2 hours before the flight. The fees applied when purchasing excess baggage online are lower than those offered at the airport and vary depending on the destination.
Pegasus baggage policy states that extra fees must be charged for luggage weighing more than the Pegasus baggage allowance and these fees depend on the destination, the time left before the flight and the way of purchasing (be it online, via call centre or at the airport, the latter one being the most expensive).
Pegasus Airlines fees for bringing sporting equipment on board
Pegasus baggage policy allows the passenger to take the sporting equipment on the plane with them. The fee that needs to be paid depends on the type of sports equipment and whether the flight is domestic or international. For international flights, the approximate fees are the following:
