Eurosender works as the interface between the above logistics partners and its customers. Our main goal is to help the latter find the most reliable and affordable shipping solutions to Estonia and elsewhere in Europe. Our booking platform is helping individuals and business in the search of the most competitive prices on the market.
To begin with, you simply need to create a personal or a company account. Setting up an account is free and takes a few minutes. Why create an account? Because it is the only way we can offer you the exclusive pre-paid option, special prices for specific routes and many more benefits.
Afterwards, all you have to do is:
Once the service is booked, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. You should keep in mind that, in case your shipment is not suitable for standard shipping to Estonia, we can offer you an individual offer. After your request, our freight department will send you an e-mail with an offer at the cheapest shipping rates. You are then to decide whether you want to accept this offer or not.
Estimated delivery time – courier to Estonia
In the same e-mail you will also see the estimated delivery time. This time span is, as the name suggests, estimated and does not guarantee that the delivery will take place within the displayed time window. There are however certain occasions that may delay the delivery time for a few days. For instance, there might be a national holiday in Estonia between the pick-up and delivery dates, which means that the courier provider will not be operating during these days. Keep in mind that Estonia might experience heavy snowfall during the winter, which can impact the delivery time.
Labeling your package – courier to Estonia
Packages sent through Eurosender should have a shipping label attached. The label is crucial for a successful delivery as it provides vital information for the shipment to be moved from one station to another before finally arriving at the chosen destination. It displays the name and address of the sender as well as of the recipient, shipment details (size, the total weight, the number of pieces etc.), the information on the type of service, the description of the content, tracking number and barcodes that enable the correct handling of the shipment by the courier services. If you plan to have your package collected in Estonia, you are not required to print the label yourself. You can learn more by visiting our blog.
Another thing you should pay attention to is labeling your package as “Fragile” if it contains fragile items. Keep in mind, there is still no guarantee that the package will be treated as such and we recommend you to pay attention while packing fragile items.

Tips to ensure a successful delivery:
Clearing Estonian customs
For parcels sent to Estonia from outside the EU, a declaration is necessary. The easiest way to declare them is electronically in the e-Tax/e-Customs. In most cases, shipments with a value below 150 euros are not subject to customs duties. The exceptions are alcohol, tobacco products, perfumes and eau de toilette. Depending on the commodity code, the duty rate is between 0% and 17% of the value of the goods. Are you unsure whether you are allowed to ship specific items to Estonia? We have a list with all the restricted and prohibited items.
