How long does Omniva take to deliver?
Omniva delivery times depend on the distance to the destination country as well as the shipping method selected (i.e. delivery to a parcel locker, post office or the recipient’s address).
Omniva courier service delivers to locations in Estonia and other Baltic states in 1-2 days. On average, Omniva international shipping times are 3-4 working days to EU countries and 6-7 working days to non-EU countries.
How do Omniva parcel lockers work?
The Omniva parcel lockers or “parcel machines“ are 24/7 automated machines that can be found near residential areas, supermarkets, and railway stations. They allow Omniva couriers and users to drop off parcels without having to queue up at the post office, wait for a drop-off point to open or wait for a courier collection at home. The Estonian postal service provides a wide network of over 1,000 parcel lockers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

How to use an Omniva parcel locker to send a parcel
You can send a parcel to or from an Omniva locker in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania. These lockers are not yet available in other countries. Here is how to send a parcel with Omniva:
- Find your nearest Omniva parcel locker using their website or app.
- Take your item to the chosen Omniva parcel locker.
- Type in the pick-up and delivery addresses, as well as the parcel weight and dimensions.
- Print the label and attach it to the parcel.
- Scan the barcode and make sure the details are correct.
- Put the parcel into the locker, close the door and press the confirmation button.
- Only one parcel can be put into one locker, even if there is space for more.
- Once your parcel is in the locker, a courier will receive a notification to collect and deliver the item to your recipient. You will also receive a notification upon delivery.
