- Be careful not to allow the tape to come in direct contact with the glass surface, as this will leave a sticky residue.
- Cover the wrapped tabletop with bubble wrap and secure with tape.
- You can use moving blankets or an appropriately-sized telescopic box for added protection.
- Load it carefully into the van.
How should I arrange dining chairs inside the van?
If possible, remove the chair legs and pack them separately in boxes. Whether or not you remove the legs, wrap them in bubble wrap. If you are moving the dining chairs fully assembled, stack them in twos. Place one chair in the van with the legs on the floor and stack a second chair upside-down on top of it, with the seats touching. Secure the chairs together with rope and make sure they are stable.
What size van will I need for moving my dining room set?
