HOW TO SHIP
Since March 2022, Hermes has changed their name to Evri. According to the company announcements, the new brand was created due to a major transformation after receiving new investments. This means that Evri is the new Hermes, offering cheap parcel delivery services in the UK and Europe.
Evri allows parcels of different sizes depending on which service you select. If using a parcel shop, you will have more flexibility and be able to ship larger packages. If using a locker or postage service, the parcel must fit in limited dimensions.
Here is a quick summary of the allowed parcel sizes when shipping with Evri courier:
In order to book a parcel return with Evri, the retailer or seller must use this courier for their sales. If this is your case, you can book a return using their website or app. To schedule the parcel return with Evri, you will have to provide the order ID and your email address and select a return method, which can be through a Parcelshop, Parcel Locker, or home collection.
Make sure to check all the information provided by Evri during the parcel return scheduling process since you will have to comply with the rules regarding packaging and labelling.
