In order to book a parcel return with Evri, the retailer or seller must use this courier for their sales. If this is your case, you can book a return using their website or app. To schedule the parcel return with Evri, you will have to provide the order ID and your email address and select a return method, which can be through a Parcelshop, Parcel Locker, or home collection.
