Can my pallet be collected or delivered on weekends?

In many cases, such as groupage transport, carriers follow a standard schedule from Monday to Friday. However, we can arrange for a dedicated courier service to collect or deliver your pallet during the weekend for an additional fee. You can check the weekend delivery options for our pallet shipping services below:

Are weekend pallet deliveries available internationally?

Yes, we can offer weekend pallet deliveries in the UK and Europe through our Van Delivery Service, although it also depends on availability in your area. Since it is the same van transporting your items from collection to delivery, you are guaranteed the shortest delivery time.

Are weekends and holidays included in the pallet delivery time?

It depends on the service you choose. In most cases, pallet carriers do not include weekends or public holidays in the delivery time, so you should count only business days to get your expected delivery date. For example, a pallet that is collected on Thursday with an estimated transit time of 4 days is expected to be delivered by Wednesday.

Will I be provided with a specific time for weekend pallet delivery?

Since weekend pallet collection and delivery are already considered an additional service, in most cases, you should also get a timeframe in which to expect the carrier driver. Please let our logistics specialists know at the time of the booking what your requirements are, to increase your chances of getting a suitable solution.

What happens if I miss my weekend pallet delivery?

If no one is available on the agreed day to accept the delivery, the carrier driver will be forced to return to the depot with your pallet, and you will be charged for your missed weekend pallet delivery and any further delivery attempt.
