Express envelope and package

Same-day collection is possible when booking early, upon the availability of the courier at your location. Regular pick-up time is from Monday-Friday between 9am and 8.30pm.
Shipments are delivered in 24h within the EU and 48-72h globally. Regular delivery times are from Monday-Friday between 9am and 8.30pm, with possible exceptions.

Standard package

Standard shipments are picked up from Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm local time. Same-day collection is available for the Flexi & Regular Plus options, which are available in some countries.
The average delivery time is between 1-7 business days, depending on the route. Regular delivery times for Standard shipments are from Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm, with possible exceptions.

Pallet delivery

Pick-up and deliveries usually happen on business days between 9am and 6pm local time. Same-day collection is available for certain routes and services.
Pallet shipments are usually delivered between 2-7 business days, depending on the route.

Van delivery

Available Monday-Friday, and on weekends and holidays on request. Same-day collection is available with pick-up within 2-3 hours.
Deliveries are performed within the shortest time possible, with no stop-overs. Delivery times depend on your selected route, which may be up to 24-48h for shipments within Europe.

Freight transport

Pick-up and deliveries usually happen on business days during regular working hours. Collections on weekends or holidays can be arranged on request based on availability. Same-day collection may be available if you book early enough.
Delivery is performed in the shortest time possible, during normal working hours. Your delivery time will depend on your chosen route and service.

How much does it cost to arrange courier pick-up and delivery?
The cost for package pick-up and delivery depends on various factors, including the shipping route, size and type of transport selected. The Standard Shipping Service is the solution with the most affordable international shipping rates for regular-sized packages. This service provides a cheap but reliable European parcel delivery solution, available in every country within the EU, for both local and international routes. Can I choose courier collection and delivery timeslots?
No, courier service providers usually collect and deliver shipments within a specific timeframe, which is 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. During peak seasons, the courier may arrive before or after this timeframe.
If you would like to have a more specific timeframe for your order, we advise you to make direct contact with the local courier assigned to transport your shipment. If you cannot find their contact information, you can reach our customer support team for assistance.
Will the courier call me before collection or delivery?
Although some courier drivers may call at their own discretion, they are not obliged to call before collection or delivery. Drivers will only attempt to contact local phone numbers.
What kind of address can I use for courier pick-up and delivery?
You can use almost any address. Eurosender offers a door-to-door shipping service, meaning that your parcel is collected at the designated address and delivered to the destination selected during the booking process. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to make sure that you provide complete and accurate address details when placing your order on our website. The address must be accessible for the van or lorry, with parking no more than 15 metres from the entrance. Bear in mind that collection and delivery take place at the main door of the building. The driver is not obliged to perform collections or deliveries inside the building.
If I have many parcels, will they be collected by the same courier company?
Depending on the details given in the booking process, our algorithm automatically selects the courier service that offers the best price-to-performance ratio. If all the packages for pick-up are under or up to a maximum of 30kg, they will be picked up by the same courier company. For multiple packages, up to 30kg and for those up to 40kg, a different courier company may perform the pick-up.
Each logistics provider we partner with is specialised in different transport methods and different routes. For this reason, different package sizes and routes may be performed by different courier service providers if the service is requested in different orders.
Can I arrange a specific courier to collect or deliver my parcel?
No, you cannot select the courier during the ordering process, since the courier is automatically selected by our algorithm based on your order details. However, you can request to change the courier company assigned to transport your shipment for an additional fee. To check the possibility of changing the courier company, contact our customer support team for assistance.
Can I choose a specific date of delivery?
No, since all pick-up and delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, you cannot choose specific dates. For every service, an estimated delivery time is given by the courier service providers. You can calculate approximately how much time it would take for your package to get to its destination. Your tracking code will also help you to estimate when your parcel will be delivered.

Will the courier weigh the parcel upon collection?
Most courier drivers do not bring scales to weigh parcels upon collection. Parcels are weighed later at the local depot. If your parcel weight is heavier than what you booked, most courier companies will issue a surcharge or return the parcel to the pick-up address. If you realise before the pick-up that your parcel is overweight, contact our customer support team for advice.
