How does Eurosender work

With Eurosender, ordering shipping is simple, reliable and affordable. Here’s how it works:

Eurosender receives a large number of individual shipping orders from all over the EU. The large quantity of orders allows Eurosender to negotiate prices with couriers, thus being able to offer prices that are up to 70 % lower than the courier’s standard rates.

To book shipping to any destination within the EU, all you need to do is follow the few and easy steps that will guide you through the entire order process. Once your order is confirmed, Eurosender will arrange with one of the courier companies with whom we cooperate (such as DPD, GLS, UPS …) to pick-up your item at the address you specified. You will receive a tracking code that will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment at all times. Once your shipment arrives to the destination, the courier company will deliver it to the address you indicated.

Our customer service will be there in every step of the way to help you with any questions or problems you may encounter.  

 

Our easy to follow steps will allow you to send your package in just a few minutes!

STEP 1:

Open the Eurosender.com homepage, find the sending engine and insert the necessary details about your package: country of origin, destination country and number of packages that you will be sending. The site will than provide you with an estimated cost of shipping. 

Upon entering the required information (country of origin, country of destination, number of packages), you will proceed to the second step by clicking the “NEXT” button.

 

STEP 2:

In this step the site will provide you with the cost of shipping according to the information you provided. The listed price is for a package of 20kg. The price of our shipping services is always final and you should not expect to pay any additional fees when you receive your package. The price is directly related to the packages specifications (number and weight) provided by you, and will vary accordingly.

Step 2 is the most important step in the process, as you will be entering information about package weight and pickup/delivery details. 

You need to provide an accurate and detailed address to ensure our contracted courier will be able to locate your house/ office and collect the package from you, and similarly deliver the package to the desired exact address at the other end.

It is also very important that you enter a correct local telephone number of the country where the collection or delivery will be taking place, so that our contracted courier will be able to call you in case there are any problems or difficulties with the pickup/delivery.

After entering all the required information, you are asked to select a payment method for your order: 

  • Credit Card
    We accept Credit Cards from various providers (Visa, Mastercard, AA …), all payment details (such as credit card number, security code etc.) are completely safe and will not be handled nor disclosed to us, or to our courier partners, because we use safe payment system, provided by Braintree.
  • PayPal
    In case you are a PayPal member, you can log in with your username and password and continue in that manner. You will be re-directed to PayPal, our payment partner and a worldwide leader in providing secure payment solutions.  Using PayPal will ensure your payment details (such as credit card number, security code etc.) are completely safe and will not be handled nor disclosed to us, nor our courier partners.
     
  • Bank transfer
    We accept bank transfers from all banks. After completing the order process you will receive all necessary data to make a payment via direct bank transfer. All our sites are secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates.

Click on the tick-box to accept our Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and then proceed to the “COMPLETE ORDER” or “NEXT” button which will take you to the next step.

After selecting your payment method, click on the “CONTINUE” button which lead you to the next step.

 

STEP 3:

The purpose of this step is to ensure the transaction is secure, as well as it gives you a chance to review your order. You will be asked to review all entered information again. Please make sure everything is correct, and make any necessary amendments.

Once you feel confident all entered information is correct, proceed with payment.

If you selected the Credit Card payment option, clicking the “COMPLETE ORDER” button will process and complete your order. 

If you selected PayPal, your transaction will be processed once you click the “Pay” button.  Upon successful completion you will be redirected back to our web page, where you will be able to see and monitor the status of your order.

Shortly after you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing order details and tracking information.

 

STEP 4:

Your order will be reviewed within 24 hours and a parcel shipping service with one of our contracted providers will be booked. When the service is arranged, you will receive booking confirmation via e-mail, containing final, confirmed data pertaining to the shipping of your package.

You will be informed on what date and in what time frame you can expect your package to be collected (on work days, that is usually sometime between 9:00 and 18:00). If you would like to set a specific package collection time, we can provide you with a local phone number to arrange the details with the courier.

 

STEP 5:

The actual collection of the package by the courier will be fast and efficient. Upon handing over the package to the courier, you will be given a confirmation of collection receipt. After handing off your package, our trusted contracted delivery providers will ensure that your shipment arrives to your desired destination on time and in one piece. You can track your package throughout the entire process on our website by using the tracking code.

 

STEP 6 (optional):
