- 13th of April of 2020, Easter Monday – All schools and most businesses are closed in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic or Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, some parts of Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom (except some parts of Scotland). It means that couriers will not pick up and deliver packages on Easter Monday.
- 17th of April of 2020, Orthodox Good Friday – It is a bank holiday in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia. Courier service providers are not working on Orthodox Good Friday in those countries.
- 20th of April of 2020, Orthodox Easter Monday – While most European countries celebrate Catholic Easter, some others have Orthodox holidays. Thus, Orthodox Easter Monday is a non-working day in Bulgaria, Greece, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine. It means that neither collection nor delivery of parcels is possible on that day.
